It explained everything needed in plain English, with photos (!) I also received a follow up phone call to confirm what work I wanted done. NAS has always been and will continue to be my first choice for car maintenance and service. As a person with two cars with mileage in excess of 100K, (2003 and 2010 Dodge/Chrysler models) being proactive is important. Eric and Jimmy are not only solving my current issues as they come up but the new comprehensive checks they have in place allow me to be informed and keep an eye on pending repairs needed down the road. As a result I can plan and stay on top of things before they get worse. I get a longer life and better performance out of my cars and, most importantly - avoid dreaded new car payments.

Eric and the crew at Norwood Auto go beyond what is asked. I brought my mom's car in because the front bulb was out and they went ahead and checked the others knowing my mom is in her late 70's and found another bulb was out and fixed it for her. Very friendly and efficient.
