Everyone at Norwood Auto is kind and knowledgeable. I have been taking my car to them for a few years and I truly appreciate Norwood Auto. They are fair and trustworthy.

The have great customer service and I have been a customer for years. Had a reoccurring problem with a front turn signal. They did not give up until they found the problem. Despite the time and labor involved, they did not charge me for all of it.

Always the best service and value for the work they do.

They were so kind and transparent. They told me everything that I need and what can wait. I felt totally comfortable with them and I’m usually nervous around mechanics or anything related to cars because I am not a car person.

Took our car to NAS with a flat tire and they were friendly, accommodating and fair on price. I asked that they do a comprehensive mechanical check on the vehicle and their recommendations were thorough and they worked with us to make sure our needs were met without pushing for unnecessary additional repairs. As someone who is not an expert on cars and repairs, Dustin was great to work with and I knew I could trust him right away. We will be back for additional needs, no doubt, and will likely make them our go-to shop for all future car needs.
