In the past, they have always been very friendly and able to get my car(s) repaired very quickly, often in one day, which I found very unusual as most places wanted to keep my car for 2-3 days. Their prices seemed fair most of the time too. Anyway, on my last visit I was told the charges would be around $950 or so and when I got the bill, it was over $2,000. They said they left off labor. Who gives an estimate without the labor??? They ended up taking off a few hundred dollars for something or another, but it didn't help much, I really felt ripped off. Just one person's opinion. Others may have a different opinion.

I came to you because Jim Zuchel had joined you when Norwood Garage closed. He had worked on my cars for many years. I felt that if he was working with you then you must be ok. I have asked that Jim work on my car but in the interaction with the staff I have become very comfortable with everyone. I have been very happy with the work and with the communication to me. I like the service inspection email sent to me. I thought there should be some explanation at the top for the colors. I thought, until it was explained to me, that the colors indicted different systems. After a few words of explanation I could see where I went wrong. I will continue bringing my vehicles to you.
