First time visit. Very polite and accommodating. Service technician expressed some frustration with parts supplier but I was kept informed throughout the delay with phone updates. Technician apologized for the mix-up and assured me that the slip-up was on the suppliers end.

An additional thank you is in order for being so patient with us while we were straightening everything out with our supplier to get your Temperature Sensor delivered. I hope that your car is reading the correct temperature since leaving, however I don't think any of us would have minded it being 75 outside in early March!
