I have taken my car to Norwood Auto Service twice. The first time was when a tire suddenly became low. The tire was old and I assumed I would need a new one. Norwood said it was OK. Air was put in the tire and it has not caused a problem, going on a year now. I could very well have been sold a new tire, without any question on my part. The second time was when the car did not pass the emissions test for a license renewal. I took it to Norwood. Matt handled the matter. He identified and fixed the problem, took the car home with him to drive around to make certain the problem was solved. He even took it to the emissions testing center the next morning to ensure it passed. All I had to do was pick up the car and send in the license renewal form. This service was far above and beyond what one could expect. The cost was very modest in respect to the work done. I drive the car very few miles per year. It had been over a year since I had had it serviced. I had told Matt that if he had time, to do a normal oil change/grease job/etc. service. When I picked up the car, I was told it did not need servicing, given the modest amount of mileage I had on it since the last one. This saved me additional costs. In summary, I have found Norwood Auto Service to be exceptionally reliable, not doing unnecessary work that I would not have questioned. In addition, Matt went the "extra mile" in ensuring the emission test was passed, saving me considerable time. I recommend Norwood Auto Service, without qualification.
