Came to NAS because they were very close to my home and because they have great reviews. Fortunately, the reviews are not misleading; they are great! They, from my viewpoint, do good quality work at very reasonable prices and keep you updated and informed throughout the process. I especially think they're car inspection reports are very well presented to customers. I have yet to really do anything major with them, just some oil changes and a battery swap, but that is soon to change. However, my last visit made me think that if I could give a 4.9 star rating, I would. I'm sure this was just a singular occasion of less than optimal organization, but here's my take on it anyways. On my last visit, I requested that they take a look at a few things in addition to the regular complementary inspection that comes with every oil change. (I also made sure to inform them that I'm willing to cover any extra cost that these extra inspection points may require). However, they only checked one point, of the three extras, that I brought up. I was only really informed about what those areas of concern may imply from a mechanic who didn't personally work on the car and,in fact, worked at a separate location; he simply happened to be there when I picked the car up, so I figured I'd ask some questions. Additionally, while it wasn't of concern to me, I was informed that an oil change and inspection would take about an hour for each (and assumably some more time for the extra points of inspection). However, I dropped the car off at 8am, when my appointment was, and came at closing time (3pm) to pick up the car. Only after already arriving was my inspection report sent, and I wasn't actually promoted that the car is ready at the time. I was told that they (for the time being) work on cars based upon order of arrival, and I happened to come at such an order, which somewhat confused me about the necessity of even making an appointment.
