Very well ran business! I am always hesitant the first time I take my car to a new mechanic because I never know what kind of service I will get. This place was definitely worth the risk. Everything from booking to providing a quote was done efficiently and clearly, and the team at Norwood Auto was more than happy to work with me to determine the best course of action for me.

Everyone there is friendly, do great work at a fair price & are prompt with finishing work as promised.

No one likes getting a flat tire, two on top of it. Norwood Auto made a bad experience into a good one. They even drove me and home and picked me up. Great service! Will be using them again if I ever find myself in a pickle.
