I had a tough to diagnose issue on my Chevy Cruze. I like to do repairs myself and almost never go to a repair shop, but I couldn’t fix this one. They communicated everything clearly and solved a difficult issue at a very fair price. This was my first time at this shop. Top notch all around. Will be my go to place from now on. Highly recommend.

I got a blowout on a Sunday night. Everything was closed. I limped it to Norwood Auto to have it taken care of. Service was excellent, the people, nice and friendly. I will recommend them to my friends who live in the area. Nice shop

I was visiting from out of town- I got a flat - pulled in and a gentleman helped me before I even walked into the shop. They put on spare, ordered a new tire and had it delivered to their shop the same day. They called when they got it and replaced the donut with the new tire in 5 min. Super friendly and kind! Clean nice waiting area too!
