Best service in Chicago. I've been coming here for a few years. Very trustworthy and professional.

The job was out sourced to another business. I wasn't satisfied with the job since the transmission was to be serviced but the odometer and speedometer cables were damaged. I took my car back and it was taken care of. Work was done on the exhaust system and I truly appreciate not being charged. If I have a problem with a repair, which is rare, I can count on it being taken care of.

Most recently I came to Norwood Auto to have my cars airbag sensor fixed. They are very honest and their work is good. I have used them a number of times before and I have always been happy with the service I have received!

They got me back on the road quickly and kindly. I will definitely be back & recommend them to others. Jim and Potter were so helpful, thank you both!

Communicative and helped get is in even though there was a scheduling issue. I've been taking my cars here for years and have been pleased with the service.

Our daughter has used Norwood Auto Service in the past and recommended them to us since we have recently moved to this area. We were happy with the service and suggestions that were made for future needs. They kept in touch and the work was finished in a timely manner. Expect we will continue getting our car serviced there.
