Had brake pad and rotor replaced on my 2012 Subaru. Lida and her team provide excellent service. They sent an email with picture and detail of the work needed, followed up by phone call to see if we had any questions.

Staff all polite and courteous….price for service was close to dealers price so decision to go with dealer….will reconsider using Norwood in future….

I was driving back home from my overnight shift and tired me ran over a small pile of white stuff (assuming it was snow) out on the road, thinking nothing would happen. Little did I know that it would leave a wide gash on my front right tire. Panicking, I had no idea what to do, so I called my friend who told me to go to the nearest auto shop. I walk into this store, knowing nothing at all about cars. Thankfully, Leah and her team were extremely helpful and kind. They explained everything clearly and had my car tire replaced efficiently so that I could go back to work later that day. Truly thankful that I had chose this place for help, thank you again Leah and your team!

Hands down, the best auto repair service in Chicago. I have been their neighbor for six years, but didn't start taking my car there until about four years ago. What was I thinking. They are professional, fair, kind and most important , they are HONEST. I am so glad that I had my my head examined and starting going to them. I was traveling to Beverly from Norwood Park for years. I know, nuts. And now my whole family takes their cars to them. The whole crew is fantastic in all that they do!

I’ve been to NAS twice and I trust them with my vehicle completely. It’s hard to find great people to help take care of your car, and there’s really no one better then NAS. Highly recommend.
