I cannot recommend them more: the customer service is unheard of in this industry!! I received updates and estimates when promised and was provided a loaner vehicle without asking. We will bring all our vehicles here anytime they need work (hopefully not for a while though)!

Eric went above and beyond to help us find the source of the noise coming from our recently purchased used car. He and his crew did multiple repairs, each time checking to see if the noise was still there. Most places would charge for all of these repairs, but Eric only charged us for what fixed the problem. I have never seen such thoroughness from an auto service shop, and I will definitely be bringing my car back here.

This is not only the most honest, informative auto shop I’ve ever been to… but by far the nicest group of people ever. They were amazing and I’ll never go elsewhere. Best. Shop. Ever.

Because my mechanic retired I searched for another trustworthy company and found it on the 3rd try at Norwood auto service. Their work is reliable and their advice / concern is educational too. ,

Erik and the whole Norwood Auto Service shop couldn't have been nicer. Had a leak in my tire and they took care of it right away, in and out. I'll be back for any service needs going forward.
