Wonderful, professional people, I highly recommend this place

Overall a great experience using this welcoming and friendly local auto shop. Everyone was very kind and not pushy at all. I dropped my car off on a Thursday to get a full brake service done on it, I then received a full inspection with photos calling out the work that needed to be done within a few hours. A quote was given to me over the phone, which we agreed on the price. The shop was not forcing me to do anything I didn’t want, which I appreciate. I was able to pick up my car the next day with ease. Highly recommend this shop and the staff to take care of you and your vehicle! I will definitely be coming back if I have anymore issues.

Once again, Norwood Auto didn’t disappoint. They fixed my issue as soon as they could and even took care of things with my extended warranty so I didn’t have to. Folks at NAS were great; friendly, responsive, completed the work in 1 day. Cost was lower than I expected. They checked everything and only did the work that was needed. I plan to go back for any additional service.

I had my car towed in to NAS after noticing that it was leaking a lot of radiator coolant. Had never been there before, but it's within walking distance of my house, and I saw that it had overall great reviews online. I will definitely return in the future. It's really a well run operation. Every person I talked to was very personable, polite, prompt, and professional. I asked them to look at my brakes also, and signed up for their 43-item inspection as well. I would highly recommend this -- they email you a detailed report of all inspected items, including photos of anything needing repair or replacement. Aside from fixing the radiator problem, they also told me that the brakes were fine for now, and also gave me a free detailed estimate for replacing my struts & shocks on my 14-year old car, indicating that it would be very expensive but not a high priority or safety concern at this time. I came away feeling that they had been very thorough, honest, and helpful in every manner.
