I had a flat tire with 4 kids in the car. I called Norwood Auto and they got me in right away and I only had to wait 15 minutes! It was nail in my tire that they patched up! They were very accommodating with kids and very nice!

Erik was amazing! I was disappointed with another local shop that just had poor customer service. I’m blessed to have met Erik and the staff here. They were prompt, courteous and the price was spot on! Thank you all.You just earned a loyal customer! KF

I would definitely use Norwood Auto Service again. My car had a terrible oil leak after oil change somewhere else. All oil leaked out in 4 days. Was told by the other place I needed new oil plug because it was the wrong size. The techs here inspected my car and sent me a video showing I had a damaged oil plan. They were able to get the part and have my car ready the same day. Everyone was nice and they were reasonable. Would definitely use Norwood Auto Service again if the need arises. Thank you everyone!

As always, Norwood Auto treated me right as a customer personally. The auto service work is top notch. They fixed an issue for me that other auto shops either couldn't find or incorrectly diagnosed. I'm always suspicious of auto repair shops. Norwood Auto relieved a bit of that suspicion.
