I have been a client at NAS for at least the last 6-7 years. These guys always do right be me, never up-sell me and have me in and out as quickly as they can. Just today I had a leaky tire plugged. 20 minutes. Eric is very knowledgeable and helpful. Jimmy is the same. I have to drive a few extra miles to get there, but I will continue to use NAS for as long as they are around.

I was very happy with my whole experience at Norwood Auto. I had a quote from another repair shop which would have been a lot more expensive and called for tests that were ultimately not even necessary. Jimmy K. properly diagnosed the issues with my car and fixed it for half the price of the other guy and his extra diagnostic tests. I will definitely use Norwood again the next time I need my car serviced!
