This is my 3rd time doing business with this shop. Both Erik and Jim are a pleasure to deal with.

Norwood Auto Service is amazing. My car broke down on I-90, I spoke with Jim K, and within 30 minutes my car was with a tow truck and on the way to Norwood Auto Service. They were extremely courteous, helpful, and thorough throughout the entire process. My car was diagnosed, I was given options, and it was fixed without delay and for an excellent rate. I honestly can not imagine trusting anyone else with my car, and I will be recommendeding Norwood Auto Service to all my friends and family. Thanks for the rescue and for the unparalleled service!

Anthony was awesome! Called up, with a slow leak. They got me in and out in 15 mins. Fastest $20 I ever spent! And glad to do it! Their service was priceless! Thanks guys!

Norwood Auto is by far the best Auto service station I have ever been too! They are pleasant, and do thorough diagnostics. Before any repairs are completed, they email a report to you and provide you with pictures to back up what they found wrong with your car. Then they call to discuss immediate repairs that are needed. They aren't pushy and do the repairs you request! How refreshing! They are honest people who do quality work! I will bring all my cars to Norwood Auto! Five STARS!!!!

I've often heard that if you can find a competent and honest mechanic, you should hold to them. My wife and I have been taking our cars there for a few years and have always been completely satisfied with the level of service.
