Norwood Auto is by far the best Auto service station I have ever been too! They are pleasant, and do thorough diagnostics. Before any repairs are completed, they email a report to you and provide you with pictures to back up what they found wrong with your car. Then they call to discuss immediate repairs that are needed. They aren't pushy and do the repairs you request! How refreshing! They are honest people who do quality work! I will bring all my cars to Norwood Auto! Five STARS!!!!

I've often heard that if you can find a competent and honest mechanic, you should hold to them. My wife and I have been taking our cars there for a few years and have always been completely satisfied with the level of service.

as usual excellent service from Erik,Fred and their staff. went in for an oil change and they checked everything out making sure my vehicle is ready for summer. Excellent service!

They have a very friendly staff, and are willing to work with what time is best for you. I came at lunch twice for various repairs and was out in an hour or less. They also are reasonable with their prices. I would highly recommend!

Great service. What I like about this repair facility is that they always keep you informed.

Accurate and courteous.

They recharged my AC while I waited on my lunch hour, which was really convenient. When I had another issue with my window trim on my husbands car they also let me come in on my lunch hour. You can also make appointments online for other maintenance that may need you to drop off your car and leave it for the day. The service people are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone,
