First time at Norwood Auto, expected a much more expensive repair. Beyond surprised I was told it was a minor inexpensive fix. That kind of honesty may have lost them some money this time but I'll be taking all my business there from now on and refer anyone I know that needs auto work done.

My brakes started to squeak. Took it in. They were very pleasant to speak to. I left my vehicle, a short time later I was called. The car was ready later the same day. The staff was friendly and professional. Price was fair
