Went in for a battery swap, fast, convenient, they were friendly to me, the person behind me and the fed Ex man.

Called in cause I heard a few weird noises and I'm overdue for a alignment. I figure it may be the alignment. They found the problem and it wasn't just the alignment. I had to replace two outer tie rods in able for me to do an alignment. I requested for a quote but, they weren't able to give it to me the same day cause they were short staff. I totally understand ! Got a quote the next day and the break down of parts/labor. Took the van in the following day and got it back in 5 hours. Overall, I had a great experience ! No problem whatsoever ! Been taking cars to Norwood Auto for years. They are ALWAYS first rate in thei r quality of service, on time performance and reasonable pricing. These are good people in the neighborhood who think of their customers as neighbors and friends. Why would anyone consider going anywhere else?

Norwood Auto Service is amazing. My car broke down on I-90, I spoke with Jim K, and within 30 minutes my car was with a tow truck and on the way to Norwood Auto Service. They were extremely courteous, helpful, and thorough throughout the entire process. My car was diagnosed, I was given options, and it was fixed without delay and for an excellent rate.
