They recharged my AC while I waited on my lunch hour, which was really convenient. When I had another issue with my window trim on my husbands car they also let me come in on my lunch hour. You can also make appointments online for other maintenance that may need you to drop off your car and leave it for the day. The service people are friendly and helpful. Norwood auto is a very welcoming place. They have a mechanic named Angel and Jimmy who has been working on my car for over a decade.i have never ever had a problem with them I will never take my car anywhere else... plus the owner's son Eric is good 👀 candy 🍬 to look at while you wait!!!

Honest, professional and nice. They don't push extra repairs and they help prioritize or give options if multiple issues. They'll send you to the dealer if issue is still covered under warranty. Now that's being honest!
