I came in early in the morning before work and they inspected my concerns about my car and totally reassured me. They also did the courtesy check and informed me that might tail lights were out and put new ones in. Very great, professional customer service and affordable pricing. Will definitely be coming during the summer to get my car worked on.

Great and thorough service. In addition to what needed doing on a car I had neglected, I was told what was fine with it and what I had to watch out .for--what might need doing in the future. Eric and his crew are like my mechanical conscience. I have a lot of confidence in them.

I've been taking vehicles to Jim at Norwood Auto Service for nearly 10 years and will continue to do so. No surprises--when work has been needed, they let me know before it becomes an expensive emergency and I've found them to be less expensive in the big stuff than competitors. (Rebuilt transmission was about $400 less than quoted elsewhere back in 2009 or 10) Communication is great as is customer service and the facelift to the waiting area of the shop makes it easy to...wait...if that's what you need to do. Just make an appointment if you have limited time.

Was very pleased with the service received from Norwood Auto. My sons car had been in a colision with very little body damage but had issues with alignment. I took it to Norwood for their $79 alignment special wher they found out the car had many parts of the steering mechanism that were bent or broken. Jim and Eric persisted in getting the hard to find parts and were able to fix everything, align the car and make it safe for driving again. Thanks for the great service guys, Tom G
