The guys at this shop were very easy to talk to about my car troubles. They also gave me a very fair price for the services provided. I would trust them with my car any day. Super informative and they listened when I gave them my two cents about what I thought was going on with the car. They didn't immediately dismiss my suggestions but talked me through what they thought was going on. They also only had to keep my car for a day and let me know as soon as it was ready to be picked up.

Mathew at Norwood Auto listened carefully to my description of the problem.Then he explained what tests would confirm what work was needed. The follow-up email I received was great! It explained everything needed in plain English, with photos (!) I also received a follow up phone call to confirm what work I wanted done. The prices for the repairs are more reasonable than other places I've been, and the customer service is terrific. I would recommend Norwood Auto to friends and family!
