As usual the the NAS gang went above and beyond. While getting a simple oil change done they did an entire vehicle inspection and discovered a couple of problems that they caught early so I wouldn't have any issues down the road and we scheduled an appointment to service those issues. Thanks for looking out for me.

I live a couple blocks from NAS, so it's easy for me to get there, but I'd go there even if I lived far away. These guys (and gals) are really, really responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. This goes not just for Erik and Jim, the owners(?), but all of the technicians as well. I'm never surprised at the cost of a repair, they always call and let me know what they've found, and how much it will likely cost, and they never do unnecessary repairs or incur unnecessary cost. Just a really solid group.

Jimmy went above and beyond to help me when a previous shop (who did the work originally) would not. I would recommend them and return for future work.

As always, the people at Norwood always take care of you and keep you informed. Great service at very reasonable prices.

I have been a client at NAS for at least the last 6-7 years. These guys always do right be me, never up-sell me and have me in and out as quickly as they can. Just today I had a leaky tire plugged. 20 minutes. Eric is very knowledgeable and helpful. Jimmy is the same. I have to drive a few extra miles to get there, but I will continue to use NAS for as long as they are around.
