I came to you because Jim Zuchel had joined you when Norwood Garage closed. He had worked on my cars for many years. I felt that if he was working with you then you must be ok. I have asked that Jim work on my car but in the interaction with the staff I have become very comfortable with everyone. I have been very happy with the work and with the communication to me. I like the service inspection email sent to me. I thought there should be some explanation at the top for the colors. I thought, until it was explained to me, that the colors indicted different systems. After a few words of explanation I could see where I went wrong. I will continue bringing my vehicles to you. Excellent service as usual. Very honest and accommodating people work here. I would recommend this Auto repair shop to all of my friends and neighbors. The work was done in a mannerly time period.

Eric repaired our Subaru Outback which had prior work done recently. All of the parts which had to be replaced were still under the wonderful two year warranty! We have a smooth drive again!
