Eric and the crew at Norwood Auto go beyond what is asked. I brought my mom's car in because the front bulb was out and they went ahead and checked the others knowing my mom is in her late 70's and found another bulb was out and fixed it for her. Very friendly and efficient.

Dropped off my elderly mom's car in the morning due to the battery not starting and they were able to get her a new one and back the same day. Meant a lot to both my mom (and me).

The crew is always helpful, courteous and professional. I rely on your expertise to repair my vehicle with not worries. Although I still hear something rattling under the hood. My hub cap is full of grease and grime. I would expect that to be clean on return. I am sorry for the harsh words but I expect the best from you guys.
