I had a flat on the expressway and someone stopped to put air in my tire. I knew I had to get the tire fix there was a nail. Asked Seri where to get my tire fixed and it sent me to Norwood Auto Service. I arrived before they opened but did not have to wait long. Logan and Erik greeted me and help me right away. Erik took the bad tire off and put on my spare so I could go to work while they worked on the tire. Erik was going to see if they could fix the tire or I would need a new tire. Erik check out the tire and I needed a new one. He had given me a quote and I feel it was very reasonable for they service and the tire I received.

Norwood Auto did an Awsome job on our car. The service was outstanding and we were very pleased with Erik. We would highly recommend them to all our friends

Friendly and knowledgeable staff! They knew exactly what was wrong with my tire leaking slow due to a screw being stuck in it. They even fit me in on the spot despite being so busy. They were fast, efficient, and helpful at answering all my questions.

I had a slow leak in my tire so I brought it in to be examined. Despite them being very busy when I arrived, they took the time to examine and fix the leak on the spot. THAT is incredible service that reflects the employees directly. They are locally owned and operated in my neighborhood, and that's how they treated me, as a neighbor. They were fast, efficient, and affordable. The service I received from their fantastic staff is the reason they have my business from here on out. I will also be spreading the word to everyone I know as to where to go for quality service that is done proper. Thanks again to everyone at NPAS.
